Return Policy
I am committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with the product that you have purchased. Therefore, I accept returns under the following circumstances:
The photo or frame has been damaged in shipment. (keep in mind that weathered wood frames are intentionally worn and contain holes, rust trails, water spots, etc.)
You are dissatisfied with the item (i.e. frame color, style)
Time limit: I must be notified that you are requesting a return within 10 days after you receive the item.
Contact required: You must contact me first to report an issue and receive instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds or replacements: I may offer to reprint an item, build a different frame, provide a full refund, or offer a store credit.
Return shipping: I do not charge shipping on items purchased in my store. I will pay for additional shipping if I elect to replace an item. The customer will need to cover shipping costs if returning an item for a refund.
